Self Harm Project, Aberdeen

The Aberdeen Self Harm Service provides a recovery-focused, non-judgmental, and user-led support service to people who self-harm in Aberdeen City. We also explore the needs of family, carers, and professionals in contact with young people who self-harm.

The service supports people aged 16 years old and over, primarily through one to one support, and also works throughout Aberdeen to raise awareness of self harm issues.

If you would like to get involved in the service, we accept self-referrals and referrals from agencies and family members.
